Roof replacement on a home is a demolition project, as well as a restoration project. Customers can expect a large amount of debris to be removed followed by the new roof installation. Noise levels can be loud at multiple times during this process. We recommend developing a plan for pets, those who work from home, homes with small children who may need a nap, and other similar situations for the days this project is occurring.
This is not a problem, as the material is designed to withstand the elements!
Cross Timbers Roofing does not require any down payments, all payments are due following the completion of the job, final quality inspection being completed, and the homeowner’s satisfaction with the project.

Some companies will do this, but Cross Timbers Roofing does not. This is because we want to be 100% certain that your entire roof system is in quality shape, including your roof deck! The only way to guarantee this is by stripping the existing roof off completely and inspecting the roof deck thoroughly and making needed repairs to the decking prior to installing the new roof.
A typical roof replacement will take the crew between 1-and 3 days to complete, depending on the size and design of the roof.
Cross Timbers Roofing does not currently provide this service. However, it should be noted that you should NEVER power wash your own roof! Cleaning a roof requires low pressure and/or specialized equipment. If algae streaking or moss is a problem for your roof, there are a few options for you to consider. Please call and we will be happy to discuss your options.
