Charles takes pride in his job at Cross Timbers Roofing. The team environment and comradery among coworkers is one of his favorite things about his job. “People are great at helping each other out,” he says. When he’s not at work, Charles enjoys taking his wife out to eat at her favorite restaurant, Outback Steakhouse — although he argues that few things can beat a “real” hotdog with the Southern works. In his spare time, he’s usually playing cards or watching football.
